    Xi’an University (Xi'an-U), with the approval of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, is a full-time undergraduate university and the only one that is managed by Xi’an Municipal Government.The university is located at XI’AN national high tech zone and covers an area of 50 hectares with a total structure area of 350,000 square meters.   • Foshan University

    Foshan University(FOSU), with a history over 60 years, is a high level educational institution of science and engineering governed by the Chinese Ministry of Education (MoE), Guangdong province as well as Foshan city. Located in the city of Foshan, a renowned ancient town with ever-booming and robust ecnomic entity at the core conjucture of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the university today covers a total area of 647 acres with 3 campuses, namely, Xianxi at Nanhai district as well as Jiangwan and Hebin at Chancheng district.
    Founded in 1958, this institution was formerly known as Foshan Normal School when Foshan Normal College and Foshan branch of South China Agricultural College merged in. In February, 1986, she was officially named after Foshan University. In March 1995, she initiated graduate degree programmes.Ten years later, with approval from Guangdong province government, she incoporated another two institutions, i.e., Foshan Health Vocation College and Foshan Education Vocation College. Upon permission from the Academic Degree Committee of the State Council, she was authorised to confer graduate degree programmes in 2013 and listed in the scheme of operating high level science and engineering universities in 2015, which is Guangdong government’s endeavour aiming at strenthening higher education. From then onwards, she became provincial post-doctoral innovating matrix and qualified for preparing doctoral degree programmes in 2017.

    Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS), created by a merger in 1995 of Guangzhou Institute of Foreign Languages and Guangzhou Institute of Foreign Trade, is a key provincial university and a high-tier one with distinctive features of internationalization in South China. The University offers 61 undergraduate programs in eight disciplines: literature, economics, management, law, engineering, science, and education and art studies.

    Hebei University of Economics and Business (HUEB) is a key universities in Hebei Province, with Economics, Management, and Law as predominant disciplines while Arts, Science and Technology are also highlights. In the assessment carried out by the Ministry of Education of China in 2004, HUEB was appraised as Excellent for the fine quality of its academic research and teaching. Founded in 1953 as Shijiazhuang School of Supply and Sales under the administration of Hebei Supply and Sales Corporation, HUEB has then integrated three former institutions including Hebei College of Finance and Economics, Hebei College of Economics and Trade, and Hebei Advanced Academy of Business in 1955
    Located in Shijiazhuang, the capital city of Hebei Province of China, HUEB is composed of the North, South, East and West Campuses covering 3,400 mu (about 566.7 acres), and its Headquarters is at the north campus. Under two levels of administration, HUEB has 15 undergraduate schools, five teaching departments and one graduate school, one school of continuing education and School of Economics and Management, which is administratively independent. The university offers 58 specialties for undergraduates, nine first level disciplines offering Master's Degrees, and other 10 programs such as Masters of Law, MBA offering Master's Degrees.     Hunan University of Arts and Science occupies an area of more than 1400 mu and has a building area of 478 thousand square meters. Its library houses 1.543 million volumes of paper books and 200 thousand digital books.

  • Shaanxi Normal University

    Directly administered by the Ministry of Education of China, Shaanxi Normal University, a key university under the construction plan of China’s national “211 Project and a university under China’s Innovation Platform Construction Plan of the“985” Superior Discipline of Teacher Education, is a major base for training teachers and administrators of higher learning institutes and secondary schools as well as other high-level professionals in China, and is known as the “Cradle of Teachers” in Northwest China.
    The University, situated in the ancient capital city of Xi’an, one of the four internationally renowned historical and cultural cities, was founded in 1944 under its original name Shaanxi Provincial Teachers’ College, and then renamed Xi’an Teachers’ College in 1954. In 1960, it merged with Shaanxi Teachers’ College to become Shaanxi Normal University. In 1978, it was brought under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education of China.

  • Southwest Jiaotong University

    SWJTU boasts a well-developed student training system granting bachelor’s, master’s and PhD degrees. It consists of 24 schools to offer programs under 13 disciplines classified by the State Council, which fall into 4 main categories: engineering, science, life science and liberal arts. Among them, there are 2 The First-level National Key Disciplines, 10 The Second-level National Key Disciplines, 15 The First-level Doctoral Degree Programs, 43 The First-level Master’s Degree Programs and 11 Post-doctoral Research Centers. The university is home to 12 national-level key disciplines including Locomotives and Vehicle Engineering and has 11 national-level specialty majors and four majors listed in the pilot national comprehensive reform on major construction. The first-level discipline of Traffic Engineering tops the national list among all the universities and other leading majors are Geomatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Management Science & Engineering. Among a teaching faculty of 2500, there are five academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, thirteen academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, seventeen experts on the One Thousand Talents Scheme, three chief scientists on the National Basic Research Program (also called 973 Program), twenty-four specially-appointed professors and chair professors of the Cheung Kong Scholars Program of China, one Achievement Award winner of Cheung Kong Scholars Program and nineteen winners of National Outstanding Youth Foundation. The university has nine innovation research teams at national level recognized by the Ministry of Education. In addition, over 40 academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering work as part-time professors at the university’s invitation. The university has granted honorary professorship to Nobel laureates in economics, Robert A. Mundell and Reinhard Selten, and Nobel Prize winner in physics Douglas Osheroff. Its alumni who graduated after China resumed college entrance exams in 1976 have taken most seats in the field of rail transportation of both the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering.

  • Xi'an International Studies University

    Founded in 1952, Xi'an International Studies University (referred as theUniversity thereafter) is one of the earliest 4 foreign language institutions established in new China. The University changed its original name of Northwest College of Russian to Xi'an Foreign Language Institute in 1958 and Xi'an International Studies University in 2006. In 2010, the University becamedoctoral degreeconferringinstitution. In 2013, the University began to confer doctoral degree in foreign languages and literatures (Category I). In 2014, the University established a post-doctoral research station. In 2011, the University was listed as one of the high-level key universities by Shaanxi Provincial Government that needs to be developed with priority. After three decades, the University has transformed into a comprehensive university that features foreign language education, andresearch in international humanities andsocial sciences, and offers programs primarily in humanities, with a balanced offering in liberal arts and science, economics and management, law, education and fine arts.
    The University has 23 departments/schools and offers 52 undergraduate programs, and master degrees for 4 disciplines in Category I, 53 disciplines in Category II, and 6 professional disciplines, as well as doctoral degrees in one Category I discipline and 13 disciplines in Category II, and one post-doctoral research station.     Founded in 1983, Changsha University (CCSU) is a unique comprehensive institution affiliated with Changsha Municipal Government.
